Angela joined Harbor Oaks in August of 2021. Angela comes to Harbor Oaks with over 25 years of healthcare experience including acute care, residential and outpatient. Prior to joining Harbor Oaks she held the position of Director of Quality, Risk and Compliance. Angela holds her Master’s Degree in Counseling from Oakland University and her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
